Nick is fantastic! He really knew the area we wanted to look in (Fairfax) and even though there were not many homes available with our requirements and in our price range, he kept networking and calling to find houses not yet on the market. He was always super responsive to any phone calls or emails. We probably called more than we should have! He told us about a loan Broker who was able to get us a better loan, which put us in the running for more houses. Nick has great contacts in a variety of areas. Every reference we got from him was excellent. He also negotiated a price we could afford for the home we really loved. Nobody thought we would get that home, but we did! And I think it is probably because of his tenacious but always respectful manner of negotiating. An around great agent!
